Physical state: it crystallises spontaneously within a few months after harvesting, forming a rather solid mass, with medium or fine crystals
Colour: light coloured, almost white when crystallised
Smell: very delicate
Taste: delicate, with a nice vegetal note
Use: thanks to its delicate flavour it is suitable for any use

Sulla is a fodder plant, typical of clay soils in the Mediterranean area; it blooms in beautiful, red flowers at the end of spring.
